This powerpoint format shows an example of how you could layout an account plan for a major partner / reseller account.
You will know from the book, that the template that you use is not important in implementing great account planning - it is the thinking process behind it, but hopefully this deck gives you a starting point to develop a plan that can be communicated easily.
